Market Vendor Registration

Welcome and thank you for registering to become a vendor at The Elks Market. This is our first ever event and we are so excited for this opportunity. Below is some basic information regarding each event:

  1. Where will event be located? The Winston Salem Elks Lodge, 2585 Griffith Rd., Winston Salem , NC 27103.

  2. What days will event be held? Every Wednesday from July 24th to Sept 4th from 5:30-7:30 pm **Should it be a successful event, more dates may be added**

  3. What are the event times? 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

  4. What time can we set-up? Beginning as early as 4:00 pm

  5. What are the vendor fees? $15.00 per event

  6. Is venue outside/inside? Outside

  7. Is electricity provided? No

  8. In the event of bad weather, will event be rescheduled? No

  9. Are tables/chairs provided to vendors? No, you will need to provide your own tables and chairs. Note that any tents must have 25 lb weights per leg.

  10. How do vendors pay? Day of show, someone will collect the money for that show date

  11. Are food service vendors allowed? No, not at his time

  12. Are you planning on giving Elks members discounts? If so, please require they show proof of membership.
